The Muscle Gain Truth is an amazing programme from Sean Nalewanyj, a guy who was just a skinny little guy like you and me but managed to completely transform his body and turn his life around. What sets The Muscle Gain Truth apart from the competition is that it isn’t just an ebook; it’s an entire system. A series of easy to follow modules guide you through one of THE most complete muscle building resources I’ve ever seen.
The ebook contains three sections. The training section covers the perfect workout, including exercise, sets and repetitions, as well as outlining exactly what each exercise does and why it’s important. One flaw is that cardio isn’t really covered; what it is and if it’s important isn’t discussed.
The dieting section, though, is very detailed and informative. Every aspect of nutrition is covered, ensuring you get the right nutrients to give optimal muscle growth. Sean tells you what to eat and when in order to boost your metabolism and build muscle mass.
In the supplements section, you find out the dangers of being scammed by supplement manufacturers, and which ones are the best, and how to use them safely.

The bonus modules include comprehensive training module that outlines the exact workouts that you need to do for the most effective muscle gain, a video library of exercises, a nutrition guide and meal plan that covers EVEYRTHING you need to know to optimise the carbs, protein, fats, minerals and vitamins you take in to boost muscle growth, and a MGT Progress Tracker 6000 software system that lets you track your progress and keep a tab on every aspect of your fitness programme (unfortunately, you only get a three-month license for the software).
The only criticism I have is that there is A LOT of material here. It’ll take you a while to get through it, but the ebook is well-written and easy to follow, and trust me when I say it’s worth it. The benefits you’ll get from really absorbing what Sean has to teach are pretty amazing; Sean himself is living proof.
One of the best things about The Muscle Gain Truth is that is completely NATURAL; absolutely no drugs, steroids, or hormones. Sean’s system focuses on training, nutrition, safe supplementation, and motivation to get you incredible results in a very short amount of time.
