freaky-big.jpgWade NcNutt's Freaky Big Naturally is a training programme designed to give you huge muscle gains naturally. Wade is a former bodybuilding champion and current personal trainer to the rich and famous and his guide is aimed at defeating the factors that stop aspiring bodybuilders putting on muscle.  He wants to give you the same advice and support that you’d get if he was your personal trainer, and promises that you’ll see amazing results.

The theory behind Freaky Big Naturally is the Megabolic Drive – the difference between your anabolic hormones (which stimulate protein synthesis and muscle growth) and your catabolic hormones (which break down proteins). Basically, the bigger the difference, the more muscle growth you get. Freaky Big Naturally exploits three unique factors to get you huge without steroids.

The first factor is a special training method which expands your nervous system's ability to send "growth signals" to your muscles. The second is the fact that the new absorption strategy overloads your muscles with growth factors and anabolic hormones, and the third factor is a system of rest and recovery that dramatically reduces your catabolic hormone levels. These three factors will ensure your physique gets ripped and muscular, and that it STAYS that way; you’ll avoid frustrating plateaus and backsliding.

Freaky Big Naturally comes as a 207-page ring binder with four bonus audio seminars on CD. The seminars are definitely worth listening to; Wade is very enthusiastic and inspirational, and I found listening to him got me pumped up and ready for a work out! They include information on the genetics of bodybuilding, motivational techniques, exposes on bodybuilding events, and how to plan the perfect workout.

As soon as you buy the programme you get a 21-day Primer Program which will prepare your body for the onslaught of the Freaky Foundation training, and two megabolic meal plans.  You also get four free reports on various bodybuilding issues, which come with the binder. They cover topics like protein consumption, how to gain muscle without gaining fat, and information on megabolic formulas.

The binder I would divide in two parts. Part one – basic information on bodybuilding techniques and nutrition, intermingled with motivational talk. There’s information about how to naturally boost hormones like testosterone,  how to pick your carbs, proteins and fats, the truth about supplements, and the top megabolic foods that maximize your anabolic hormones and minimize the muscle eating catabolic hormones, naturally.

Part two consists of four 4-week “foundation” training routines, designed to “prime” your body for the real “Freaky Big Naturally System”. This comes in the form of three different 12 week, easy-to-follow training routines that will force your body to grow on a daily basis.

McNutt has built an impressive physique and certainly has some insight on bodybuilding training. I just wish there was more emphasis on imparting that insight within this product. There was a lack of practical, usable information. I didn’t like the fact that the programme seemed to be trying to sell me more and more supplements; if you bought everything it recommended, you’d be topping $500 a month.

Freaky Big Naturally has some interesting ideas and techniques, and the all natural approach was a definite plus. I’d recommend it for people who are willing to spend a little more on their body building guides.

Conclusion:
While this guide has some unique insights, there was a lack of practical, usable information. It seemed focused more on promoting various supplements than on giving muscle building advice.  I would stay away from this programme, as there are far better programmes out there that focus on your training, not on selling supplements. Check out the product reviews which received five stars for some excellent guides!
