When the digestive system is proper, the metabolic activates will be good and all the energy that is required for the body is absorbed from the food. Vitamin B is a combination of multiple vitamins and the requirements for a body builder are as follows: B12 100mg, B6 200mg, B5 200mg, B3 200mg, B2 200 mg and B1 160 mg. You must take Vitamin B - cheap bodybuilding supplements in order to get all these vitamins in appropriate quantities.
Broccoli, cabbage and mushroom are rich in vitamin B. Apart from these your body will require other vitamins and minerals if you are a body builder. You cannot get all the nutrients your body needs from the food you take if you are a body builder. A nutritionist or a dietician has to be consulted to determine the supplements you have to take and determine the vitamin and mineral requirements for your body depending on your body building goals.
For building muscle you need regular bodybuilding workout program and appropriate nutrition. Diet is very important as you want to build your muscles and reduce your weight. If you don't take the necessary vitamins and minerals you will loose energy and you may have to discontinue your body building routines.
