Will Brinks, a published author, magazine columnist, and now S.W.A.T. trainer, has assembled an extremely valuable resource for anyone looking to build their dream body.
This muscle building program has been designed so you can custom tailor it to your requirements from the very start. You will see rapid improvements, gaining lean muscle mass, strength and losing fat, working with your natural genetics without bogus supplements and dangerous steroids.
So what does the guide cover? Well, there’s the Nutrition Section, which comprehensively covers how to optimise muscle building nutrition for your specific body type, activity level and age to maximise muscle gains and minimise gains in body fat.
You’ll learn how to use your body’s natural hormone production to trigger amazing muscle mass growth cleanly, with NO dangerous drugs or shady supplements; namely, your natural anabolic environment. Will Brink’s Body Building Revealed is a very good programme, but it may be too in-depth for beginners, or for anyone who doesn’t have hours of free time on their hands. With so much information and detail, it’s very easy to miss something important and make mistakes in your training. If you’re just starting out in body building, I would recommend you try Vince DelMonte’s excellent programme, the No Nonsense Muscle Building Guide ; in my opinion, it’s far better at teaching the basics of muscle building!
